What are the standard check-in and check-out times at Anar Villas?
To ensure your residence is prepared to our exacting standards, check-in is available from 15:00pm, while we kindly request that guests vacate their villa by 11:00am on the day of departure. We strive to accommodate requests for early arrivals or late departures based on availability; please contact our team in advance to discuss your specific requirements.

How many guests can the property accommodate for large groups?
Anar Villas is an ideal choice for large families, wedding parties, or VIP groups seeking sophisticated privacy. Our brand-new complex consists of three independent maisonette-style residences—Amel, Amina, and Anissa—which can be reserved individually or as a complete private estate. When reserved in its entirety, the property offers 10 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 23 guests.

What exclusive facilities are available within each villa?
Every villa is designed to provide a seamless blend of homely comfort and high-end luxury. Guests enjoy access to their own private swimming pool with sun loungers, a fully equipped kitchen with coffee espresso machines, and a spacious living area featuring a fireplace. For your convenience, we also provide high-speed Wi-Fi, Smart TVs with satellite channels, washing machines, and premium bathroom amenities including plush bathrobes and slippers.

Which concierge services do you offer to enhance our stay?
We are dedicated to providing a personalized experience tailored to your desires. Our concierge and guest relations manager are available to facilitate a wide range of services, including airport and port transfers, car or bicycle rentals, and private massage treatments. We can also assist with arranging boat trips, grocery shopping services, and professional babysitting upon request.

Anar Villas enjoys a secluded yet central location in the Kallithea area, approximately a 10-minute drive from the vibrant Rhodes city center and the historic Medieval Town. The nearest beach is approximately 1.7 km away, while the famous Kallithea Springs and various traditional seaside coves are just a short drive from the property. For your daily needs, a grocery store is located within 450 meters.
